Statutory Accounts

The accounts are as filed at Companies House in statutory format for each financial year. Until 2025 only dormant accounts were filed which show no transactions. With the change of managing agents in 2026 the year-end was changed to 31 March from 2027 so that it agrees with the accounting requirements of the deeds and the accounting transactions will now be shown in detail in the accounts for the benefit of members.
